How does purchasing a property from your site work?
You will not be purchasing from our site. You can view various properties and information, but the purchase of any property will be conducted through a third party title company or real estate attorney. All funds required for the purchase will be escrowed through that closing closing agent and disbursed at the time of closing. All transfer documents will be drafted and recorded by that agent.
Are you a real estate agent?
No. Many of our properties are listed on the MLS with an independent realtor at our expense.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
Absolutely! Tell us what you are looking for, where, and your budget. We have many resources that are not shown here.
Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?
Absolutely not. Any and all fees are normal and customary to purchasing real estate and will be disclosed prior to closing.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
The purchase of any land we are selling will be handled by a third party closing agent such as a title company or real estate attorney. No money will ever be paid directly from one party to another, but rather disbursed by the closing agent at the time of closing. All documents will be drafted and recorded by the same closing agent.
